Business Challenges

High performance organisations have a number of shared characteristics, such as clear and simple strategy, strong leadership brand, high levels of employee commitment, and a passion for delivering on the customer promise. Achieving such high levels of performance might very likely be about creating leadership communities and networks of leaders who are able and willing to lead organisations through the turbulence of an increasingly complex world.

In addition to the above, high performance organisations are also really good at dealing with change, brought about either through business focused innovation, or in reaction to environmental shifts. Building organisational and individual change resilience becomes a core competence to being sustainably competitive.

A deliberate and mindful focus on organisation health is necessary to maintain and grow the capacity of the organisation and all its people to perform. In our view, this is a key accountability of leadership.
